From April 15 until June 15, the editor will consider queries for works of creative nonfiction to be added to the anthology. All submitting writers should read the guidelines thoroughly, then query the editor and wait for a response about whether to send the work. 

Submissions of reviews and interviews will continue to be accepted year-round. Again, please read the guidelines thoroughly before sending a query.

The editor is particularly interested in works about or set in the states of Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Texas, as they are currently underrepresented in the anthology. 

Works accepted during this time will be published in August 2025.
